· Advising Vietnam Grand Prix in reviewing and negotiating with Formula 1 regarding the race promotion contract, circuit rights agreement, and transmission rights for the hosting of Formula 1 races in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Employment mattersWe advise on all employment matters including internal labour rules, work permits for foreign workers, dismissal, overtime, and overseas Vietnamese workers.

· Advising on salary advance to employees.

· Various companies on early termination of employment contracts due to internal restructuring.

· Advising Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Company during the environment inspection conducted by the Government relating to the large environment incident in 2016.

Anti-bribery and corruptionWe advise foreign-invested companies on Vietnamese laws and regulations on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and gift-giving.

· Advising various Japanese companies and banks on anti-bribery and gift-giving regulations.
