Ngoc, who is VNLaw's first associate, brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, corporate, and MA practices. Ngoc has worked on important transactions and matters for large clients such as Vingroup, BW Industrial Development , and Formosa Ha Tinh Steel. Alongside this promotion, Nguyen Hoang Duong and Ha Thanh Phuc have also been promoted to the position of associates.At VNLaw, each lawyer undergoes an annual review and internal grading process based on a 10-point scale. Seven points are allocated to legal skills, covering areas such as research, advice, drafting, negotiation, and English proficiency.
